Your Haringey Huskies are delighted to introduce you to young forward Marton Szasz, who is signed-up for the 2022/23 season.

Originally from Hungary, Marton is 18 years old and completed his final two years of junior hockey here at Alexandra Palace with the Haringey Hounds. He is a regular at the rink and, having trained with the club for a while, we are very pleased to bring him fully into the fold for his rookie season.

Head coach Dan Sampson commented: “At the Huskies, we are always looking to develop younger players and help bring them through. Marton is an exciting talent. He has been training with us for a year and does not look out of place. He has a good understanding of the game.

“The team are excited by this signing, and I am excited Marton has agreed to join us. He will surprise the opposition and I am sure the fans will love him.”

Marton added: “As a young player, my goal is to learn from the more experienced players, and help the team achieve our goals.”

Look out for our 2022/23 ‘Own and Loan’ scheme, which will be launched later in June.
