Your Haringey Huskies are delighted to add forward Sebastian Downing to the roster for the upcoming season.

Seb has been training with the team through the pre-season and played in the friendly match away at Romford on Sunday. After an attempted come-back last season, and with a pre-season under his belt, Seb is good to go, telling us:

“After four years away from the sport, it was nice to finally integrate myself into the team properly this off season and put some hard work in to get myself match fit. I’m very much looking forward to doing what it takes to walk away with a few trophies this season.”

Head coach Dan Sampson added: “Having Seb return for a full season is a positive for us. His work rate is fantastic, he has a great attitude in the room and on the bench, and he has great speed. Along with this he has a good hockey brain which is another plus for the team.

“Seb is a welcome addition as we head into the season. His previous seasons in Division 1 will also help the team to reach our goals this season as a group.”
