Your Haringey Huskies are delighted to announce Stuart Appleby as our first signing for the 2025/26 season.

Stuart has been ever present for the team since the club was founded in 2017, and his Haringey hockey story goes back much further than that, from the juniors to the original Greyhounds and the Racers.

With 206 competitive appearances, nobody has played more Huskies games than Stuart. He also holds the club record for assists, with 129. He recently won the 2024/25 Supporters’ Player of the Season, adding to the many club awards he has picked up over the years.

Stuart told us: “I’m excited to announce that I’ve re-signed with the Haringey Huskies for the upcoming season!

“It’s great to be back wearing the Huskies jersey again. Last year didn’t go the way we wanted, but I’m looking forward to seeing what we can achieve this time around. With a talented crop of young players coming up through the juniors, the future is looking promising.

“Thank you to the fans for your continued support — let’s make it a year to remember. See you at Ally Pally!”
