Your Haringey Huskies are delighted to retain the services of defender Peter Toth for the 2025/26 season.

Pete has been with the Huskies for four seasons, since moving from his Sheffield home to London in 2021. Since then, he has made 94 competitive appearances for the club, contributing a useful 34 points from the blue-line.

Pete told us the following:

“I’m thrilled to be back with the Huskies and re-signing for another season. Wearing this jersey means a lot to me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue building here in Haringey.

“Let’s be honest: last season was disappointing for all of us. The results weren’t good enough – not for our fans, the organisation, or us as players. That feeling sticks with you, and it fuels the fire to be better.

“This summer has been about getting stronger, working harder, and preparing to battle on the ice. I’m fully bought into this process. We’ve got a dedicated group in that locker room, and I know with the foundation we’re laying, we’re going to turn this ship around.

“I can’t wait to get back on the ice with the boys for the upcoming season. We owe it to the fans in the league who stood by us through a tough year. We’re hungry to compete, to prove ourselves every shift, and to bring winning hockey back to Haringey.”

Look out for our 2025/26 Own & Loan scheme launching later in the off-season.
