Jaden Boolkah has committed to another season with your Haringey Huskies as he re-signs ahead of the 2025/26 NIHL South Division 2 season.

Jaden’s journey with the Huskies began as a 17-year-old in the 2019/20 season. As a Chelmsford player at the time, a need for more senior ice time saw a 2-way arrangement set up with Chelmsford Chieftains. He continued with us through the following season’s covid cup competitions, showing his ability to hold his own against players from higher divisions.

Further 2-way deals followed in subsequent seasons before Jaden committed full-time to the Huskies in the summer of 2023. He is now well established as a key figure in the team’s defensive lineup.

His return underscores the Huskies’ commitment to building a strong and cohesive team for the 2025/26 campaign.

Jaden told us:

“I’m looking forward to getting back on the ice at the Palace and playing in front of our fans again. Last season was unfortunate and didn’t go as we hoped, but we’ve taken a lot from it.

“The team’s shaping up well this year and I think we’ve got the potential to have a much stronger season. I’m ready to get started and see what we can do.”

Look out for our 2025/26 Own & Loan scheme launching soon.
