Your Haringey Huskies are delighted to announce the return of long-time defender Ryan Payne, who has re-signed with the team ahead of the upcoming season.

Ryan’s commitment to the club is an example to us all. He played in every single game last season and is renowned for never missing a training session — a testament to his passion for the team.

In total, Ryan has made over 150 competitive appearances for the Huskies, and his association with Haringey hockey goes back way further than that, including stints with the Racers, Greyhounds, and the junior club. He is Haringey through and through.

Ryan told us:

“This season is a new chapter. Whether we’re facing a tough opponent on the road or defending our barn at Ally Pally, I’m all-in.

“From the seasoned vets to the younger faces coming through, we are united by our drive to compete, improve, and to represent Haringey with heart and hustle every time we step on to the ice.

“I’m raring to go – I just want this new to start already!”
