Your Haringey Huskies are delighted to retain forward Oliver Cooper for the 2025/26 season, on a 2-way arrangement with the Haringey Hounds.

Anglo-American Oliver – known by one-and-all as ‘Moose’ – was a regular in the Huskies line-up last season, improving massively throughout the campaign and putting in some great performances with his energy and creative, responsible play.

At 18 years old, Moose was due to age out of junior hockey this summer. However, with the top junior league switching from under-18 to under-19 from next season, he now has the option to play another year of junior hockey with the Hounds while playing up for the Huskies. This will benefit all parties and will help his development massively.

On his re-signing, he told us:

“I joined the Huskies last season and I had a great time getting to know all of the guys. I’m looking forward to another fun season and trying to bring home some trophies.”
