Your Haringey Huskies are pleased to announce the return of netminder David Wride to Alexandra Palace.
This will be David’s fourth stint playing for Haringey, having last played for the Huskies between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that he played for the Greyhounds between 2005 and 2007 and again for the 2008/09 season.
Head coach Peter Taylor told us:
“I am really pleased that Wridey has agreed to come back and play for Huskies. He has had a short time out of the sport, but he is re-energised and raring to go.
“His experience will be a great asset for us and I can’t wait to see him back on the ice with the team.”
David told us:
“It’s feels good to back. I wasn’t expecting the call but I’m excited and looking forward to getting back to Haringey and getting this season started.”
